The Action-Based Guarantee Coaching Programme is designed to help you achieve specific results through a series of actions over an 8-week period. If you complete all the required actions and do not achieve the desired results, we will provide additional coaching at no extra cost until you do.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must:
– Be at least 18 years old.
– Complete all the required actions within the 8-week period.
– Provide evidence of your completed actions as requested.

4. Programme Actions

The specific actions required will be outlined at the start of the programme. These actions must be completed in the order and within the timeframe specified.

5. Guarantee

If you complete all the required actions within the 8-week period and do not achieve the desired results, we will provide additional coaching sessions at no extra cost until you achieve the results. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
– You must provide evidence of your completed actions.
– The additional coaching sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times.
– The guarantee does not cover any additional costs or expenses incurred by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this guarantee is limited to providing additional coaching sessions. We are not responsible for any other losses or damages you may incur.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the programme if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
